Please give me everything you have on your character that you want me to have in mind when drawing them, including characters from series since I might not know them.

Please note I will not take a commission from you if you do not have any references to give me.
A reference does not have to be a finished character design of the character you want me to draw. (However if you do have a pre existing design for your character(s) please send them!

Pintrest is a great place to find references if you are struggling to find any!
Please note I will not exactly copy another artist's style without permission from the artist.

These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes. (I am willing to discuss my work being used for commercial purposes, however the terms may differ. Please discuss this with me prior to ordering)

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.(I am willing to discuss my work being used for commercial purposes. However, this must happen before the commission has been confirmed. Using my work for commercial purposes without my knowledge is breaking my tos. For my personal well being I may take
days off of work. This includes working on your artwork, or replying to text. I will inform you if I will be taking a day off. I will do my best to never intentionally ghost you during the commission process without sending a notice first.
However feel free to dm me asking for a commission, or with any questions you may have! I will gladly answer you ASAP.

Commissions are paid 100% upfront.
I am open to discussing a 50% upfront, 50% finished payment method, though it is not preferred.

I will send you a PayPal invoice link with the price and a short
revision of my TOS when you are paying.

For each additional character the price will be doubled the original amount. If you are requesting an artwork with two or more characters, expect a price increase to occur.
I will tell you the pricing of the commission before you have payed.

To commission me you are
required to give me your email.
If you have a problem with this please discuss it with me before sending payment.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to take your commission and requested you to send me the payment.

Please discuss with me if you wish to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. In the case that the artwork will be used for commercial purposes, the price will be higher than those listed on my commission sheet.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERYI will notify you when I have started on your commission.While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark.The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and more.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.If you have an issue with the piece after I have sent the finished
product I will not make edits, please inform me when I send the drafts
if you have an issue. I will inform you when I send the last draft
so you can make any last minute changes.-
I will happy to make any changes the customer sees fit! However, I will not make any major changes (such as changes in the pose, colors, or adding aditional props/characters) late into the commission process.
During my commission process I will usually send 4 major drafts (not including minor drafts sent to confirm details). These drafts usually go as the following, each of which you will approve of before I will continue.
1. several thumbnails of poses/expressions of the character are sent.
2. chosen pose/expression is refined.
3. Draft of colors are sent.
4. Colors are refined (usually the final draft)
I will of course send more drafts if needed. With that being said, after you have approved a step, I will not go and change that step later. For example, if you have confirmed a pose for the character, and I am already on the coloring stage I will not go back and drastically change the pose. So if you have any changes you would like to make, tell me before confirming the draft.Once the piece is finished you will receive
the full-resolution image that I will send to you via Gmail
Note that there is no physical product.4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, Sunny (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself with it.
(Personal websites, social media, YouTube, ect)
(You will be credited as the commissioner for the piece)Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)Post it whenever I pleaseThe buyer is allowed to:Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise
(Credit for the art is greatly appreciated but not required)Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated. (Do not remove my watermark on the artwork)Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.Claiming the artwork as your ownRemoving my signature from the artworkAltering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).5. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy!If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.6. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are not available after I have sent you the finished product.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If you cannot provide the money after I have already started work on your commission I will pause the commission until you are able to pay in full.

If you have already sent me %50 of the payment, but are unable to send me the other %50 after I have begun working on your commission and have sent you at least 1 draft, I will not send back a refund of the %50 payment. However you may keep the drafts I have already sent you, and use them however you see fit, as long as it does not break my tos.

If you have changed your mind on my commissioning service, I will not send a refund if at least 2 drafts have been sent, as payment for my time and efforts. You may use these drafts however you see fit as long as it does not break my tos.

You may request a hold on a commission slot, and I will wait until you have the money to pay for said commission. I will hold your slot for up to 3 months.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Sunny (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, please discuss this with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
